Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Our print providers then take 2–7 business days to manufacture your custom products before they are shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimates below:

• USA: 2–8 business days

• International (Rest of the World): 10–30 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They may be affected by customs clearance procedures or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

4. International Shipping & Customs For international orders, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at vasatko.company@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our print providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
