All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at vasatko.company@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a damage claim:

The damage must be clearly visible.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of:

The damaged item

The packaging (including any visible shipping damage)

The shipping label

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Claims submitted without photographic evidence will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Once we receive your email and review the provided evidence, we will evaluate the claim.
If the claim is approved, we reserve the right to:

Offer a replacement of the same item (if available), or

Issue a refund to the original payment method.
We do not guarantee refunds. Each case is reviewed individually.
Non-Returnable Items
